By downloading or using VocaRead, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

VocaRead is a mobile application that converts EPUB and PDF ebooks into audio using text-to-speech technology. The app is available on iOS.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the books you import into VocaRead. Ensure you have the right to read any content you import. VocaRead does not host, distribute, or have access to your books.

4. Free and Premium Plans

• Free plan: 90 minutes of free listening per book, unlimited imports, all languages
• Premium: One-time purchase via the App Store that unlocks unlimited listening

Premium purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds must be requested through Apple.

5. Intellectual Property

VocaRead and its original content, features, and design are owned by VocaRead and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

VocaRead is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of VocaRead after changes constitutes acceptance.
